A new report from Kia revealed new information on the next-generation Kia Optima, which will have a sharper, sleeker design among other changes. This new Optima will reflect a new design formula for Kia sedans, which will be evident in the 2016 Kia Cadenza.
According to KoreanCarBlog, petrol variants of the Optima “will get aggressive and sporty air intakes in the front bumper, while the hybrid models will be equipped with closed grille that opens when cooling is required.”
The new Optima’s interior will boast a 3-spoke steering wheel and an 8-inch display system, as well as a leather-wrapped dashboard. All-new colors and alloy wheels are also anticipated.
The 2016 Kia Optima is scheduled to make its long-anticipated debut at the New York Auto Show, which will take place in April this year. Until then, we’ll have to slowly wait for more details to emerge.
At Bill Walsh Kia, we’re excited to hear about this new Kia Optima design. What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
